摘  要:建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铀锆铌混合材料中12种杂质元素含量的分析方法。采用CL-TBP萃淋树脂,在酸性介质中将铀基体与待测元素分离。通过对分析线的选择、基体及待测元素干扰方面的考察,确定了最佳分析条件,并采用基体匹配法克服了铌、锆的基体干扰。各元素分析线的光强度与其质量浓度呈线性关系。锰、锡、锌的线性范围为0.02~0.16 mg/L,钴、铜、钛的线性范围为0.2~1.6 mg/L,铝、铬、镍、钒的线性范围为0.4~3.2 mg/L,钼、铁的线性范围为0.8~6.4 mg/L。12种杂质元素的检出限(3σ)在4.8~24μg/L之间,方法加标回收率在93%~110%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差小于10%(n=6)。该方法简便快捷,满足铀锆铌混合材料中上述12种杂质元素含量测定的分析要求。An analytical method based on inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry was developed for the determination of 12 impurity elements in mixed materials of uranium,niobium and zirconium.CL-TBP resin was used to separate uranium matrix from elements in acidic medium.The optimum analytical conditions were determined by studying the selection of analytical lines,matrix interference and the interference among these elements.Matrix matching method was used to overcome matrix interference of niobium and zirconium.The emission spectral signal intensity was linear with the concentration for each element.The linearity range for Mn,Sn,Zn was 0.02-0.16 mg/L,the linearity range for Co,Cu,Ti was 0.05-1.0 mg/L,the linearity range of Al,Cr,Ni,V was 0.10-2.0 mg/L,and the linearity range of Mo and Fe was 0.10-2.0 mg/L,respectively.Detection limits(3σ)of these 12 impurity elements were in the range of 4.8-24μg/L.Recovery obtained by the method ranged from 93%to 110%,and RSDs(n=6)were less than 10%.The method meets the requirements of determination of 12 impurity elements in mixed materials of uranium,niobium and zirconium,and is simple and fast.
