摘 要:建立了食品用塑料包装材料中双酚A和壬基苯酚的高效液相色谱-荧光检测方法。考察了双酚A和壬基苯酚的最佳激发波长和发射波长、样品合适的萃取溶剂。样品以甲醇为萃取溶剂,温度50±5℃的条件下,超声60 min,浓缩后选用荧光激发波长225 nm,发射波长302 nm进行检测。双酚A和壬基苯酚在0.01~1.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限均为0.05 mg/kg。样品加标回收率在93.07%~107.54%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.9%~4.5%之间。所建立方法适用于食品用塑料包装材料中双酚A和壬基苯酚含量测定。A method for the determination of bisphenol A(BPA)and nonylphenol(NP)in plastic materials for food packaging by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-fluorescence detection was established.The optimum excitation and emission wavelengths of BPA and NP as well as the appropriate extraction solvent were investigated.The samples were extracted with methanol at 50℃±5℃for 60 minutes,then concentrated and detected by HPLC-fluorescence detection with excitation wavelength of 225 nm and of emission wavelength of 302 nm.The calibration curve of BPA and NP showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.01 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L with correlation coefficients higher than 0.999.The detection limits of the method were 0.05 mg/kg for each compound.The recovery ranged from 93.07%to 107.54%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)ranged from 1.9%to 4.5%.The results demonstrate this method is suitable for the determination of BPA and NP in plastic materials for food packaging.
