摘 要:碘(I-3)对罗丹明B具有荧光猝灭作用,使荧光信号减弱甚至消失,而甲醛可将I3^-还原为I^-,使体系荧光信号恢复,据此建立了以碘-罗丹明B缔合物为荧光探针测定空气中甲醛含量的新方法。在激发波长360 nm,发射波长580 nm条件下进行了不同体系的荧光测定。结果表明,在0.02~20μmol/L范围内,存在线性方程ΔI F=0.029+2.174 c(μmol/L),相关系数r=0.9989,样品分析相对标准偏差为0.51%~1.24%(n=6),回收率在95.2%~103.7%之间,空气中甲醛检出限为2.58×10^-5 mg/m^3。该方法简便快速、准确可靠、灵敏度高,可用于空气中甲醛含量检测。Iodine(I-3)has fluorescence quenching effect on Rhodamine B,which causes the intensity of the fluorescence signal weakened or even disappear.However,Formaldehyde can reduce I3^-to I^-,and makes the system fluorescence signal recovered.Therefore,a method for determination of formaldehyde in air with iodine-Rhodamine B association as fluorescent probe is established.Under the excitation wavelength of 360 nm and the emission wavelength of 580 nm,fluorescence measurements of different systems are performed.The results demonstrates that the linear equation isΔI F=0.029+2.174 c(μmol/L)and the correlation coefficient(r)is 0.9989.The relative standard deviation(n=6)of the standard recovery experiment is 0.51%-1.24%,and the recovery rate is 95.2%-103.7%.The detection limit of formaldehyde in air is 2.58×10^-5 mg/m^3.The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reliable and sensitive,which could be used for the analysis of formaldehyde in air.
