摘　　要：毒品犯罪已成为世界各国重点关注的突出问题。在全球治理的非传统安全领域中,其已被定性为对国际安全构成挑战的威胁客体。哌嗪类物质作为一种新型毒品,在全球范围内的制造、走私和滥用问题越来越突出。本文从哌嗪类新精神活性物质及其药理毒理学性质、代谢情况、检测方法4个方面展开了综述,并对哌嗪类新精神活性物质的检测等技术发展方面做了简要展望。Drug crime is a prominent issue of concern to all countries in the world.It has been characterized as an object of threat to international security in the field of non-traditional security in global governance.As a new type of drug,the manufacture,smuggling and abuse of piperazines are becoming increasingly serious worldwide.This paper conducted a review on common piperazine new psychoactive substances and their pharmacological and toxicological properties,metabolism process,detection method.Besides,a brief prospect was also given about its development.
