科技服务业与农业融合发展水平的测度与评价

摘　　要：采用2008—2017年相关统计数据,从融合行为与融合效果两个维度构建科技服务业与农业融合发展评价指标体系,对我国科技服务业与农业融合发展水平进行综合评估与分析。研究结果表明:从整体来看,我国科技服务业与农业融合发展水平逐年提升,呈现明显的上升趋势;从不同维度来看,当前二者的融合行为表现优于融合效果,融合行为与融合效果之间的协调发展程度不断提高,由严重失调趋于轻度协调。提出我国今后应继续加强农业科技创新成果的生产、推广与应用,提升科技服务业与农业融合发展成效,实现科技创新引领现代农业发展。Based on the relevant statistical data from 2008-2017,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of S&T service industry and agricultural integrative development from two dimensions of integration behavior and integration effect,and comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the development level of S&T service industry and agriculture integration in China.The results show that:from the overall point of view,China’s S&T service industry and agricultural integrative development level has been increasing year by year,showing a clear upward trend;and from different dimensions,the current fusion behavior of the two is better than the fusion effect,the degree of coordination and development between fusion behavior and fusion effect is constantly improved,from serious imbalance to mild coordination.The paper puts forward that China should continue to strengthen the production,popularization and application of agricultural scientific and technological innovation achievements in the future,improve the development effect of the integration of scientific and technological service industry and agriculture,and realize scientific and technological innovation to lead the development of modern agriculture.
