摘　　要：棘球蚴病是由棘球蚴感染所致的人兽共患寄生虫病,严重影响人民群众的身心健康。棘球绦虫终宿主和中间宿主的分布特征与社会、生物和环境因素密切相关,因此研究影响棘球绦虫终宿主和中间宿主分布的因素,并以此为制定防治措施的依据有着重要的公共卫生意义。本文就影响棘球绦虫终宿主和中间宿主分布特征的社会、生物和环境因素进行概述。Echinococcosis is a parasitic zoonosis caused by hydatid cyst infection,which seriously affects human physical and mental health.The distributions of the definitive and intermediate hosts of Echinococcus spp.is highly related to social,biological and environmental factors.Therefore,it is of great significance in public health to study the factors affecting the distributions of definitive and intermediate hosts of Echinococcus spp.,and thus provide basis for formulating control measures.In this paper,the social,biological and environmental factors affecting the distribution characteristics of definitive and intermediate hosts of Echinococcus spp.are reviewed.
