摘  要:为实现疫情期间河南省中小学生"停课不停学"的教学目标,河南广播电视台与河南省教育厅合力打造了"名校同步课堂"项目。该项目采用"点播"与"直播"相结合的模式,打破了传统广播电视节目的生产分发模式,提出"互联网供源,广播系统播出与互联网同步分发"的设计思路,以基于RTSP与RTMP的低延时多路分发流媒体引擎的架构方案,实现了在有线电视、IPTV、大象新闻客户端、网站、微信公众号等多渠道、多平台的教学内容分发和播出。To fulfll the goal of "Stop classes, Continue Learning" for all the students in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province during this epidemic period, Henan Radio and TV Station and Henan Provincial Department of Education have worked together to create "Synchronized Classroom in Famous Schools" project. The project combines network and TV technologies to provide both "on-demand" and "live broadcast" services, breaks traditional production and distribution model of radio and television programs, and proposes design idea of "supply source by Internet, transmit by broadcast system, and synchronously distribute by Internet". With architecture scheme of low-delay and multi-channel streaming media engine based on RTSP and RTMP, the project is able to transmit online teaching content through multi-network such as CATV, IPTV, Elephant news client, online websites, WeChat offcial account and so on.
