阿利沙坦酯联合非布司他对高血压伴高尿酸血症患者血管弹性功能及内皮状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察阿利沙坦酯联合非布司他对高血压伴高尿酸血症患者血管弹性功能及内皮状态的影响程度.方法:选取本院2018年1月-2019年7月期间收治的60例高血压伴高尿酸血症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组和B组,每组各30例.A组采用阿利沙坦酯进行治疗,B组采用阿利沙坦酯联合非布司他进行治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压、尿酸、血管弹性功能及内皮状态相关指标.结果:治疗前,两组的收缩压、舒张压、尿酸、血管弹性功能及内皮状态相关指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的上述方面均显著改善,B组的收缩压、舒张压及尿酸均低于A组,血管弹性功能及内皮状态相关指标优于A组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:阿利沙坦酯联合非布司他对高血压伴高尿酸血症患者血压控制效果较好,且对患者的尿酸、血管弹性功能及内皮状态的影响更为积极,故更为适用于本类患者.Objective:To observe and compare the influence degree of Allisartan Isoproxil combined with Febuxostat for the vascular elasticity function and endothelial state of patients with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia.Method:A total of 60 patients with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into group A and group B,30 cases in each group.The group A was treated with Allisartan Isoproxil,the group B was treated with Allisartan Isoproxil combined with Febuxostat.The systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,purine trione,vascular elasticity function and endothelial state related indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Result:Compared the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,purine trione,vascular elasticity function and endothelial state related indexes of two groups before the treatment,the differences of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);those items of two groups after the treatment were significantly improved,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and purine trione of group B were lower than those in group A,the vascular elasticity function and endothelial state related indexes were all better than those in group A,the differences of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood pressure control effect of allisartan isoproxil combined with febuxostat for the patients with hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia are better,and the influence for the purine trione,vascular elasticity function and endothelial state are more active,so it is more suitable to these patients.
