茵胆平肝胶囊治疗乙型肝炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探析乙肝患者应用中成药茵胆平肝胶囊治疗的有效性和安全性。方法:选取2016年9月-2018年12月笔者所在医院门诊治疗的68例乙肝患者纳入观察研究中,基于数字表法将其随机分成探究组和对照组,各34例。对照组采用常规抗病毒和护肝西药治疗,探究组同时应用茵胆平肝胶囊,连续3个月。对比分析两组疗效和不良反应情况,以及治疗前、治疗3个月后肝功能。结果:探究组治疗总有效率为91.18%,显著高于对照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后复查,两组血清前蛋白(PA)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)均有改善,且探究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探究组用药期间不良反应发生率为5.88%,对照组为11.76%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:茵胆平肝胶囊治疗乙肝有着确切效果,可有效改善症状,促进肝功能转归,且不良反应少,具有重要临床价值。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of the application of the traditional Chinese medicine Yindan Pinggan Capsule in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Method:From September 2016 to December 2018,68 cases of hepatitis B patients treated in our outpatient department were included in the observation study.Based on the method of digital table,they were randomly divided into the exploration group and the control group,34 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine antiviral and western medicine for liver protection,while the exploration group was treated with Yindan Pinggan Capsule for 3 consecutive months.The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the liver function was rechecked before and after treatment for 3 months.Result:The total effective rate of the exploration group was 91.18%,which was significantly higher than 82.35%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,serum preprotein(PA),alanine transferase(ALT),aspartate transferase(AST)were all improved in the two groups,and the indexes in the exploration group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88%in the exploration group and 11.76%in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yindan Pinggan Capsule has definite effect in the treatment of hepatitis B,it can effectively improve symptoms,promote the liver function,and has less adverse reactions,which has important clinical value.
