摘　　要：目的:探究PDCA在提高帕金森病(PD)患者用药依从性的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年12月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的102例PD患者为研究对象,按病历号单双数字将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予PDCA循环模式干预。比较两组干预前及干预3个月后用药依从性、负面情绪。结果:干预3个月后,观察组总依从率为94.1%,明显高于对照组的80.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,两组HAMD、HAMA评分均较干预前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予PD患者PDCA循环模式进行干预,可明显提高其用药依从性,改善负面情绪。Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA in improving medication compliance in patients with Parkinson disease (PD).Method:A total of 102 PD patients received treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to single and double number of medical record number,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given PDCA circulation mode intervention.Medication compliance and negative emotions were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after intervention.Result:After 3 months of intervention,the total compliance rate of the observation group was 94.1%,which was significantly higher than 80.4% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention (P<0.05),and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of PDCA circulation mode in PD patients can significantly improve their medication compliance and improve their negative emotions.
