摘 要:糖尿病所致认知功能障碍与血糖水平以及血糖波动均相关,其发生机制可能与胰岛β细胞受损、氧化应激和炎症损伤、细胞凋亡及脑血管病变有关,但具体机制尚不清楚。除运动及传统降糖药物外,二肽基肽酶-4抑制剂、钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白-2抑制剂、胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂等新型降糖药物对改善糖尿病患者的血糖波动及认知功能障碍均有一定的作用。近年来,血糖波动与糖尿病认知功能障碍的关系逐渐受到关注,对糖尿病认知功能障碍的深入研究,有助于加深对糖尿病及其相关疾病的认识。The cognitive dysfunction caused by diabetes is related to blood glucose level and blood glucose fluctuation.The mechanism may be related toβcell damage,oxidative stress and inflammatory damage,apoptosis and cerebrovascular disease,but the specific mechanism is not clear.In addition to exercise and traditional hypoglycemic drugs,dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors,sodium glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors,glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists and other new hypoglycemic drugs have certain effects on improving blood glucose fluctuation and cognitive dysfunction in diabetic patients.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between blood glucose fluctuation and diabetic cognitive dysfunction,the in-depth study of which will help deepen the understanding of diabetes and its related diseases.
