摘 要:为研究半挂车四联装发射平台的影响因素,基于多体系统动力学理论,对其进行动力学仿真及研究。考虑燃气流冲击对发射过程的影响,将发射箱进行柔性化处理。分析导弹不同高度燃气流、不同回转角度和路面坡度对发射平台的影响。分析表明,导弹在箱内运动时燃气流对发射平台的压强较小,出箱后压强先逐渐增大后减小;不同回转角度、路面坡度对导弹出箱姿态影响较小;回转角度越大、路面坡度越大对发射平台影响越大,甚至有翻车的危险。In order to study the influencing factors of the semi-trailer quad-mounted launch platform,based on the multi-body system dynamics theory,the dynamics simulation and research are carried out.Considering the impact on gas flow impingement on the launch process,the launch box is flexibly processed.Analyze the influence of different heights of gas flow,different angles of rotation,and slope of the road to the launching platform.The analysis shows that the pressure in the gas flow to the launching platform is small when the missile moves in the box,and the pressure is gradually increased and then decreased after the out of the box;different swing angles and road gradients have less influence on the outbound attitude of the missile;The greater the swing angles and road gradients,the greater the influence on the launch platform.
