摘 要:针对弹炮一体武器平台炮射冲击影响导弹系统工作稳定性的问题,设计了导弹发射架缓冲机构。通过对原导弹发射架火炮射击振动试验测试数据的分析,设计了金属丝网三向隔振缓冲机构,并在冲击振动台上进行了摸底和试验验证。结果表明,导弹发射架缓冲机构有效降低了火炮射击振动对导弹的冲击载荷,使加速度峰值、导弹轴线精度满足设计要求,且电子弹性能正常。Aiming at the problem that the artillery fire impact on the missile and artillery integrated weapon platform effected the working stability of the missile system,a buffer mechanism of the missile launcher was designed.Based on the analysis of the test data onto firing vibration test for the artillery with the original missile launcher,a wire mesh three-way vibration isolation and buffer mechanism were designed,which was tested and verified on the impact vibration platform.The results show that the buffer mechanism of the missile launcher can effectively reduce the impact load of the missile,make the peak acceleration and the precision of the missile axis meet the design requirements,and the electronic missile performance works well.
