摘　　要：目前,铁路运输的时效性已成为提高运输市场竞争力的关键因素之一,压缩铁路货物运到期限对铁路高质量发展具有重要的意义。为了进一步提高铁路运输生产效率,不断满足当前运输市场需求,提升铁路运输产品的时效性,分析制约运到期限的因素,从日班计划、天窗组织、临时要点、车流组织、机列衔接等方面,提出压缩铁路运到期限对策,对铁路运输组织作业流程进行优化,在此基础上有针对性地提出缩短运到期限的改进对策,从而实现压缩运到期限的目标。At present,railway transportation time-effectiveness has become one of the key factors to improve its market competitiveness.To improve time-effectiveness of railway tranport services and meet the growing demand for transport services with higher productivity,this paper has,based on an anlysis of the relating factors,put forward the strategies to reduce delivery time in terms of day shift planning,skylight organization,temporary key points,traffic flow organization and coordination between locomotive and train.This paper has accordingly put forward the speicfic measures to reduce delivery time depending on the improved railway transport workflow.
