摘 要:随着大规模的港口建设,防波堤工程逐渐向深水发展。但受海域风浪影响大、掩护条件差、作业面狭窄、工程所用石料方量大等不利条件影响,施工难度也变得越来越大。以日照港某防波堤工程为例,根据其以斜坡式防波堤结构为堤身、大型沉箱为直立式防波堤堤头段的结构型式,结合工程自然条件和施工特点,重点对工程堤头段的沉箱安装施工工艺和关键技术进行了创新优化,制定了有效的措施以用于指导实践,以期保证工程进度、施工质量和安全达到预期目标。With the large-scale port construction,the breakwater project has gradually developed into deep water construction. However,the construction becomes more and more difficult in sea area due to such adverse conditions as large impact of wind and waves,poor shielding conditions,narrow working face,large amount of stone used in the project,etc. Taking a breakwater project in Rizhao Port as an example,according to the structure of the breakwater with slope structure as its dyke and large caissons as its head section of vertical breakwater,combined with the natural conditions and construction characteristics of the project,the caissons installation & construction process and key technologies in the head section of the project are innovated and optimized,the effective measures used to guide practice for ensuring progress schedule,construction quality and safety to meet the expected requirements and objectives are established.
