《傅青主女科》之血崩探析

摘　　要：探讨《傅青主女科》血崩篇的发病机制与用药特色。傅山认为血崩的发病机制多由肾虚、血热、肝郁、血瘀而来,着重强调房劳伤肾为主要病因病机,并告诫此病的养生及预防之法。用药上多用补气血药物,使气血相互为用,不轻言止血,重用白术、当归、熟地。傅山认为脾为带脉之本,肝为冲脉之本,肾为任脉之本,善用健脾疏肝补肾之药物调和脏腑。重视药物炮制,并根据病人的年龄、病因病机、症状在各篇中均提出不同的炮制要求,使药物炮制后增其利而去其害。傅山《血崩》7篇对丰富崩漏学术思想体系、指导临床选方用药及中药炮制和制剂研究都起到一定的推动作用。This paper discussed the pathogenesis and characteristics of medication in Blood Melanchosis FU Qing-zhu Female Department.Physician Fu believed that the pathogenesis of metrorrhagia was mostly caused by kidney deficiency,blood heat,liver stagnation and blood stasis.He emphasized that the main etiology and pathogenesis of the disease were the impairment of the kidney due to indulgence in sexual activities,and provided the ideas about health maintenance and prevention.On medication,Physician Fu held that the drugs of invigorating Qi and blood should be used more frequently to make Qi and blood serves each other,not to stop bleeding lightly,but to put atractylodes macrocephala,angelica sinensis and cultivated land in important positions.Physician Fu inclined to the view that the spleen was the root of the Dai Channel,the liver was the root of the Chong Channel and the kidney was the root of the Ren Channel,and made good use of drugs for invigorating spleen,soothing liver and tonifying kidney to harmonize visceras.He attached importance to the processing of drugs.According to the patient's age,etiology,pathogenesis and symptoms,the different processing requirements were put forward in each article,so as to increase the benefits of drug processing and eliminate its harms.Physician Fu's seven articles of“Blood Melanchosis”have played a certain role in enriching the academic ideological system of metrorrhagia,guiding the clinical prescription and medication,as well as in the preparation and research of traditional Chinese medicine.
