摘　　要：非特异性功能性肛门直肠疼痛以肛门直肠部疼痛为主要特征,并可伴肛门直肠坠胀、异物、灼热感等症状。该疾病多反复发作,发作时间轻则数日重则数月数年,严重影响患者的生活和工作,目前尚无特效疗法,缺少相关研究,积极寻找治疗疾病安全有效的方法意义重大。本文介绍安阿玥教授治疗该病的主要临证经验,认为本病发病之本为“气血亏虚、瘀血阻络”,治疗以益气养血、祛瘀通络为基本大法,配合健脾和胃、疏肝理气、滋补肝肾等法。同时重视肝、脾、肾,强调调五脏、补气血、畅气机、通经络,以达标本兼治之目的。Unspecified functional anorectal pain is mainly characterized by pain in the anorectal area,which may be accompanied by subjective symptoms such as anal drop feeling,foreign body sensation,and burning sensation.It is characterized by repeated symptoms,ranging from a few days to several months and years,which seriously affect on living and work of patients.At present,there is no specific therapy and lack of relevant research,so it has great significance to find a safe and effective way to treat diseases.This article summarizes Professor An's clinical experience in treating non-specific functional anorectal pain.It is considered that the pathogenesis of this disease is"Qi and blood deficiency,blood stasis obstructing collaterals".The basic treatment methods are tonifying qi and nourishing blood,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,combined with strengthening spleen and stomach,soothing liver and regulating qi,nourishing liver and kidney.At the same time,we should pay attention to the liver,spleen and kidney,emphasize regulating the five viscera,tonifying qi and blood,unblocking Qi and collaterals,so as to achieve the goal of simultaneous treatment.
