论新时代“南体模式”新发展——关于高等体育院校体教融合实践的探索与思考

摘　　要：“南体模式”是南京体育学院在长期办学历史过程中,通过不断调整办学思想和办学定位,结合国家和江苏体育、教育事业发展的要求,在实践中形成的教学、训练、科研三者紧密结合、资源共享、优势互补的“三位一体”的办学结构形态和运行机制。在60多年的办学历程中,“南体模式”为中国体育和教育改革探索出了一条“体教融合”、培养精英体育人才和各类应用型人才的成功之路,为中国体育和教育事业发展作出了突出贡献。面对国家深入推进“体教融合”的新形势,面对新时代教育强国、体育强国和健康中国建设的新期盼,“南体模式”如何以新举措迎接新转型,踏出“以学训融合为特色发展的灵魂、以育人夺标为特色发展的目标、以创新求进为特色发展的驱动、以服务社会为特色发展的追求”的新路径,为全面深化“体教融合”、推动体育高等院校改革提供理论与实践上的借鉴,这是当前我们面临的一个全新课题。The“Nanjing Sport Institute model”is the trinity school-running structure and operating mechanism,with teaching,training,and scientific research close integration,resource sharing,and complementary advantages,which is formed in the practice of Nanjing Sport Institute’s long-term history of running a school,by continuously adjusting the educational ideas and positioning,combined with the national and provincial demands for the development of sports and education causes.In the course of running the school for more than 60 years,the“Nanjing Sport Institute model”has explored a successful way for China's sports and education reforms to integrate sports and education and to cultivate elite sports talents and various applied talents.It also has made outstanding contributions to the development of China’s sports and education.Facing the new situation of China’s in-depth promotion of sports and education integration,and the new expectation of building a strong country in education,sports and a healthy China in the new age,how does“Nanjing Sport Institute model”adopt new measures to embrace the new transformation and step out a new path of characteristic development,with the integration of learning and training as the soul,educating people and winning the competition as the goal,innovation and advancement as the driving force,and serving the society as the pursuit,to provide theoretical and practical reference for the overall and in-depth integration of sports and education,and the promotion of the sports reform in colleges and universities,which is a completely new subject we are facing now.
