生脉散结合六味地黄汤加减治疗糖尿病的临床效果及并发症发生率影响

摘　　要：目的分析生脉散结合六味地黄汤加减治疗糖尿病的临床应用效果。方法2018年5—10月选取该院收治的100例糖尿病患者分为参照组和研究组,每组50例,对参照组施以格列吡嗪片进行治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上施以生脉散结合六味地黄汤加减进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后的血糖变化情况、临床效果以及1年后的并发症情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的空腹血糖水平以及餐后2 h血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的空腹血糖值以及餐后2 h血糖值和1年后并发症发生率均低于参照组(P<0.05),且研究组的治疗有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施生脉散结合六味地黄汤加减进行治疗,可有效控制患者的血糖水平,提高其临床疗效,降低并发症的产生,安全可靠。Objective To analyze the clinical application of Shengmai Powder combined with Liuweidihuang Decoction in the treatment of diabetes.Methods 100 diabetic patients admitted to May to October 2018 the hospital were divided into a reference group and a research group,50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with glipizide tablets.The research group applied Shengmai powder combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the reference group for treatment,and the blood glucose changes,clinical effects,and complications after 1 year were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no difference statistically significant in fasting blood glucose levels and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the fasting blood glucose levels and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the study group and the incidence of complications after 1 year were lower than the the reference group(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a higher treatment efficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic patients with Shengmai Powder combined with addition and subtraction of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients,improve their clinical efficacy,reduce the occurrence of complications,safe and reliable.
