精细化护理在糖尿病性白内障患者手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探析精细化护理在糖尿病性白内障患者手术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月—2019年7月在该院接受手术治疗的60例糖尿病性白内障患者,用数字随机表法分组,各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行精细化护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果两组护理前的空腹血糖值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组的空腹血糖较护理前均降低,且观察组患者的空腹血糖值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,且观察组患者护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分均小于护理前,且观察组的负面情绪评分均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病性白内障手术患者实施精细化护理有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing in the operation of diabetic cataract patients.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic cataract who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were selected and grouped by a random table method,30 cases each.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received refined nursing to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).After care,the fasting blood glucose of both groups decreased compared with before nursing.The fasting blood glucose of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the observation group after care were less than those before the care,and the negative emotion scores in the observation group were less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of positive significance to implement refined nursing for patients with diabetic cataract surgery.
