健康体检人群中老年2型糖尿病血脂异常患者健康管理的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究健康体检过程中对2型糖尿病血脂异常患者进行健康管理,分析其应用价值。方法课题共纳入118名健康体检人员为观察对象,拟病历采集时间为2018年2月—2019年8月,均为健康体检中检出的2型糖尿病血脂异常患者,予以患者进开展健康管理,为期6个月,对所有患者健康管理开展前后遵医行为、健康知识掌握情况、血糖、血脂相关指标进行比较。结果健康管理开展后,患者遵医行为量化评估、健康知识掌握评分、血脂指标均显著异于健康管理开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于2型糖尿病患者血脂异常患者中开展健康管理,可有效提高患者遵医行为,改善血糖、血脂相关指标,提高血糖控制效果,提升患者健康知识掌握度,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the health management of patients with dyslipidemia of type 2 diabetes during the physical examination and analyze its application value.Methods A total of 118 healthy medical examiners were included in the project.The collection period of the proposed medical records was from February 2018 to August 2019.They were all patients with type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia detected in the healthy physical examination.For a period of 6 months,all patients were compared before and after the implementation of health management compliance,health knowledge,blood glucose,blood lipid related indicators.Results After the health management was carried out,the quantitative evaluation of the patient's medical compliance behavior,health knowledge mastery score,and blood lipid index were significantly different from those before the health management was carried out,and the significance of the hypothesis checklist(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out health management in patients with dyslipidemia of type 2 diabetes can effectively improve patient compliance,improve blood glucose and blood lipid-related indicators,improve blood glucose control effects,improve patients'health knowledge,and reduce complications.
