摘 要:目的探讨NRS2002应用于糖尿病足溃疡患者营养评估的效果及价值。方法2018年6月—2019年8月选取糖尿病足溃疡患者180例,采用NRS2002量表对患者进行营养风险筛查,并收集患者相关临床资料及生化指标。比较NRS2002<3及NRS2002≥3两组间各指标差异,logistic回归分析筛选出NRS2002评分的相关影响因素。结果180例患者中NRS2002≥3分的有49例(27.2%),NRS2002<3的有131例(72.8%)。两组间的BMI、Wagner分级、空腹血糖、白蛋白、前白蛋白、C反应蛋白比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示BMI、Wagner分级及血清白蛋白是影响NRS2002评分的重要因素。结论NRS2002能较好反映糖尿病足溃疡患者是否存在营养不良风险,临床中根据筛查结果及时给予营养干预,对促进伤口愈合,改善患者预后具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect and value of NRS2002 in nutritional assessment of patients with diabetic foot ulcers.Methods 180 patients from June 2018 to August 2019 with diabetic foot ulcers were selected,and the patients were screened for nutritional risk using the NRS 2002 scale,and related clinical data and biochemical indicators were collected.Comparing NRS2002<3 and NRS2002≥3,the differences between the two groups were analyzed.Logistic regression analysis screened out the related influencing factors of NRS2002 score.Results Among 180 patients,49 patients(27.2%)had NRS2002≥3 points,and 131 patients(72.8%)had NRS2002<3.The BMI,Wagner classification,fasting blood glucose,albumin,prealbumin,and C-reactive protein between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,Wagner classification and serum albumin were important factors affecting NRS2002 score.Conclusion NRS2002 can better reflect whether there is a risk of malnutrition in patients with diabetic foot ulcers.In the clinic,timely nutrition intervention based on the screening results is of great significance to promote wound healing and improve patient prognosis.
