摘  要:化学需氧量(COD)是水处理过程中工艺调节以及排放标准中重要的考察指标,水中化学需氧量的准确测定至关重要,目前化学需氧量检测方法有很多,采用6B-1800型速测仪法与重铬酸盐法对化学需氧量的测试结果进行对比。研究表明:6B-1800型速测仪具有良好的精密度和准确度,能够满足多种水质监测需求,并且污染更小,快速便捷,能够及时为现场操作人员反馈分析数据,以便水处理工艺的调节,提升工作效率。该法尤其适用于污水处理厂、环保企业等水样较多的单位使用。Chemical oxygen demand(COD)is an important index in process regulation and discharge standards in the process of water treatment,and the accurate determination of COD in water is very important.At present,there are many COD detection methods.The test results of COD are compared between the 6B-1800 rapid tester and the dichromate method.The study shows that the 6B-1800 rapid tester has good precision and accuracy,it can meet the needs of a variety of water quality monitoring,and has less pollution,is faster and more convenient,and can feedback and analyze data for field operators in time,so as to adjust the process and improve work efficiency.It is suitable for units with more water samples,such as sewage treatment plants,environmental protection enterprises and so on.
