摘 要:建立了一种利用连续流动分析仪测定养殖海水中氨氮的方法,当氨氮浓度在0~10.0 mg/L范围内,校准曲线的拟合相关系数r为0.999 8,检出限为0.024 mg/L;不同浓度实际养殖海水样品测定的相对标准偏差低于2.5%,加标回收率为93.4%~106%。该方法测定范围宽,测定上限高,由于以在线蒸馏取代手工蒸馏,其自动化程度高,解决了传统方法测定上限低、分析时间长的问题,能够实现养殖海水样品氨氮的连续快速在线分析,在大批量养殖海水样品的连续快速测定方面具有良好的应用前景。Continuous flowing method for determination of ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture seawater was developed.When the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is in the range of 0 to 10.0 mg/L,the fitting correlation coefficient r of calibration curve is 0.9998,and the detection limit is 0.024 mg/l.The relative standard deviation of the actual aquaculture seawater samples with different concentrations is less than 2.5%,and the spiked recovery rate is 93.4%to 106%.The method has a wide range of determination and high upper limit of determination.Due to the replacement of manual distillation with online distillation,it has a high degree of automation,and solves the problems of low upper limit and long analysis time of traditional methods.The method can realize the continuous and rapid online analysis of ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture seawater samples,and has a good application prospect in the continuous and rapid determination of large quantities of aquaculture seawater samples.
