“曲周精神”的溢出效应、动力机制及其对高校科研队伍建设的启示

摘　　要：“曲周精神”是对中国农业大学科研团队一代又一代扎根基层、服务民生、艰苦奋斗、无私奉献的革命精神的高度概括,是“先天下之忧而忧,养浩然正气”的科学家精神的具体体现。本文从“曲周精神”的缘起、发展和传承等角度,对“曲周精神”的溢出效应进行解读,并基于“曲周精神”动力模型分析框架,从内在动力、外在驱动、内外联动的角度分析了“曲周精神”背后蕴含的“动力机制”;最后以新时代科学家精神为引领,利用“四横三纵”的系统分析模型,围绕弘扬“责任、奉献、科学和为民”的“曲周精神”,从传承理想理念、依靠团队组织、集成创新技术、推广复制模式等方面对未来高校科研队伍提出启示。“Quzhou spirit”represents the revolutionary spirit of teachers and students at China Agricultural University,who take root in the grass-roots level,serve the people’s livelihood,struggle hard and selflessly,and embody the scientist spirit of“caring for the world first and cultivating the noble spirit”.This paper interprets the spillover effect of Quzhou spirit from its origin,development and inheritance;then,analyzes the“dynamic mechanism”from the perspective of internal power,external drive and internal and external linkage based on the analysis framework of Quzhou spirit dynamic model;finally,guided by the spirit of scientists in the new era,in order to promote the spirit of“responsibility,dedication,science and for the people”,weuse a system analysis model called“four horizontal and three vertical”to put forward some inspirations for the scientific research team ofuniversities from the aspects of inheriting ideal ideas,relying on team organization,integrating innovative technology,and promoting replication mode.
