Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of peritoneal cryptorchidism in children. Methods A total of 84 children with abdominal cryptorchidism admitted in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation groups(42 cases, using laparoscopic surgery)and the control group(42 cases, using conventional surgical methods) according to the double-blind method. Analysis and comparison of the treatment effect of the two groups of children after treatment. Results After treatment, the effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.6%) was higher than that in the control group(85.7%)(χ^2=3.896,P=0.048), and the former had intraoperative blood loss, operation time, and postoperative hospitalization time was lower than the latter(t=18.240,11.079,10.192, P=0.001, 0.001, 0.001), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of pediatric abdominal cryptorchidism through laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the treatment effect, improve the intraoperative blood loss and operation time, shorten the postoperative hospital stay, and promote the recovery of children. It is a treatment method with high practical application value.
