摘 要:目的比较研究男男性接触者(MSM)基于"互联网+"的艾滋病网络干预和现场干预的效果差异。方法选择该地区2017年3月—2019年4月招募到的600名MSM作为研究对象,以方便抽取法平均分为两组,分别是对照组和干预组,各300名,对干预组实施基于"互联网+"的艾滋病网络干预,对照组则实施现场干预。通过统一问卷形式对研究对象进行问卷调查,统计分析两组人口学一般特征及高危性行为发生情况等。结果两组人口学一般特征的分布比例比较上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在无保护性肛交发生率的对比上,两组干预前的比例对比上无显著性差异,两组干预后的最近一次及最近半年的比例皆有所下降,但干预组的下降幅度较之对照组更为明显(11.33%,16.00%vs23.67%,30.67%)(χ^2=15.804,18.037,P<0.001)。结论对MSM实施基于"互联网+"的艾滋病网络干预,利于加强对MSM的健康教育,进一步减少艾滋病高危行为,更为有效降低无保护性肛交发生率及HIV感染风险。Objective To compare the effects of MSM on Internet-based interventions and on-site interventions based on "Internet +". Methods 600 MSMs recruited in the region from March 2017 to April were selected as the research object, and were divided into two groups, namely, the control group and the intervention group, with 300 people each.The control group implemented on-site intervention, the intervention group conducted a questionnaire survey on the research subjects through a unified questionnaire, statistically analyze the general demographic characteristics and high-risk sexual behaviors of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the distribution ratio of general demographic characteristics between the two groups, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);in the comparison of the incidence of unprotected anal sex, there was no significant difference in the ratio between the two groups before intervention, the ratio of the two groups after the most recent intervention and the most recent six months has decreased, but the decline in the intervention group was more obvious than the control group(11.33%, 16.00% vs23.67%, 30.67%)(χ^2= 15.804, 18.037, P <0.001). Conclusion The implementation of "Internet + " AIDS network intervention on MSM is conducive to strengthening MSM health education, further reducing high-risk behaviors of AIDS, and more effectively reducing the incidence of unprotected anal sex and the risk of HIV infection.
