Objective To explore the clinical effect of negative pressure aspiration surgery after lower extremity ulcer skin grafting. Methods Sixty patients with lower extremity ulcer skin grafts treated from May 2017 to April 2019 in the hospital were selected as the research subjects, and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of30 cases each. Negative pressure suction surgery was performed to observe the wound healing, pain degree and scar score of the two groups. Results The survival rate of skin in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than that in the control group 80.00%(χ^2= 4.403, P<0.05);the wound healing time of the observation group was significantly different from that of the postoperative pain and complication rate compared with the control group(P<0.05);After 6 months of follow-up, the scar score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Negative pressure aspiration surgery for lower extremity ulcer skin grafting can promote wound healing, improve skin survival rate, and can also reduce pain and scars.
