摘　　要：目的分析讨论子宫内膜树突状细胞在不明原因复发性自然流产患者分泌期子宫内膜的表达形式。方法选取该院2019年1—12月因不明原因复发性自然流产患者105例,将其作为观察组;选取同期因男性因素导致不孕者48例,将其作为对照组。对两组研究对象进行子宫内膜分期,利用免疫组织化学技术检测患者分泌期子宫内膜阴性细胞水平,并通过病理成像定量分析计算患者阳性细胞率。结果观察组和对照组CD83阳性细胞率依次为2.38%和0.61%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组分泌早期和分泌中期CD1a阳性细胞率依次为(0.053%,0.055%)和(0.062%和0.067%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组分泌早期和分泌中期CD83阳性细胞率依次为(1.86%,2.35%)和(0.17%,0.52%),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论因不明原因复发性自然流产患者在子宫内膜分泌早期和中期均会出现不同程度CD83阳性细胞率上升,并且影响子宫内膜容受性,进而影响妊娠,导致妊娠失败。Objective To analyze the expression of endometrial dendritic cells in the secretory endometrium of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods A total of 105 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion due to unknown reasons in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group;48 cases of infertility caused by male factors during the same period were selected as the control group. Endometrium staging was performed on the two groups of subjects, immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the level of negative cells in the endometrium of patients during secretion, and the positive cell rate was calculated by quantitative analysis of pathological imaging. Results The CD83 positive cell rates in the observation group and the control group were 2.38% and 0.61% in order, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The CD1 a positive cell rates in the early and mid-secretion phases of the observation and control groups were(0.053%,0.055%) and(0.062% and 0.067%) respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the CD83 positive cell rates in the early secretion period and in the middle and secretory phases of the observation and control groups were(1.86%, 2.35%) and(0.17%, 0.52%), the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion due to unknown reasons will have different levels of CD83 positive cell rate increase in the early and middle stages of endometrial secretion, and affect the endometrial receptivity, which will affect pregnancy and lead to pregnancy failure.
