摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法同时测定田七痛经胶囊中洋川芎内酯A、藁本内酯、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯和反式茴香脑含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent Extend-C 18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,测定波长为203 nm。结果:田七痛经胶囊中洋川芎内酯A、藁本内酯、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯和反式茴香脑进样量分别在0.0009445~0.09445μg(r=1.0000),0.001054~0.1054μg(r=1.0000),0.001152~0.1152μg(r=1.0000),0.001107~0.1107μg(r=1.0000),0.001089~0.1089μg(r=1.0000)范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)分别为96.4%,97.2%,99.2%,98.1%,98.5%,RSD分别为1.5%、1.4%、1.9%、1.5%、1.0%。结论:该方法分析时间短,操作简便,准确可靠,重复性好,为田七痛经胶囊的质量控制和评价奠定了基础。Objective:To establish HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Tianqitongjing capsule of SenkyunolideA、Ligustilide、costunolide、dehydrocostuslactone、trans-Anethole content method.Methods:Using Agilent Extend-C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)chromatographic column.The mobile phase was methanol-water(55∶45),Current Speed was 1.0mL·min^-1.Detection wavelength was 203 nm.Results:Senkyunolide A、Ligustilide、costunolide、dehydrocostuslactone、trans-Anethole in Tianqitongjing capsule respectively at 0.0009445-0.09445μg(r=1.0000),0.001326-0.1326μg(r=1.0000),0.001011~0.1011μg(r=1.0000),0.001048-0.1048μg(r=1.0000)and 0.001023-0.1023μg(r=1.0000)with peak area showed good linear relationship.The average recovery(n=6)respectively was 96.4%,97.2%,99.2%,98.1%,98.5%,RSD was 1.5%,1.4%,1.9%,1.5%,1.0%.Conclusion:The method of short time,simple operation,accurate and reliable,reproducible,and laid the foundation for the quality control and evaluation of tianqitongjing capsule.
