保温固定套在腰椎间盘突出症患者热熨中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析保温固定套在腰椎间盘突出症患者热熨中的临床应用效果。方法试验选取了符合纳入标准的78例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行观察,患者在2016年3月—2019年7月期间入院,所有患者均给予常规的治疗措施和功能训练,采用抽签方式将患者分为观察组和普通组,普通组在常规治疗的基础上实施普通热熨治疗,观察组则采用可固定的药渣保温套热熨治疗,比较两组患者的治疗舒适度、热熨温度以及疗效。结果观察组中有32例患者表示无不适感,占比为82.05%,其数据较之普通组差异有统计学意义(Z=7.123,P<0.05);观察组患者20min内热熨温度为(44.5±1.4)℃,30 min内热熨温度为(43.8±1.7)℃,其数据较之普通组差异有统计学意义(t=14.056、18.458,P<0.05);观察组中37例患者达有效效果,总有效率为94.87%,其数据和普通组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.186,P<0.05)。结论保温固定套在腰椎间盘突出症患者热熨中的应用可以提高治疗的舒适感,减少不适,并维持热熨温度,起到良好的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of thermal insulation fixation sleeves in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods The trial selected 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation that met the inclusion criteria for observation.The patients were admitted to the hospital from March 2016 to July 2019.All patients were given conventional treatment measures and functional training.Patients were divided into an observation group and an ordinary group.The ordinary group was given ordinary hot ironing treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with a fixable medicine residue insulation sleeve for hot ironing treatment to compare the treatment comfort and ironing temperature and the efficacy.Results There were 32 patients in the observation group who expressed no discomfort,accounting for 82.05%,the data was statistically significantly different from the ordinary group(Z=7.123,P<0.05);the ironing temperature of the observation group within 20 min was(44.5±1.4)℃,the hot ironing temperature within 30 min was(43.8±1.7)℃,the data was statistically significantly different from the ordinary group(t=14.056,18.458,P<0.05);37 patients in the observation group achieved effective results,the total effective rate 94.87%,the data was statistically significantly different from the normal group(χ~2=5.186,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thermal insulation fixing sleeve in the hot ironing of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can improve the comfort of treatment,reduce discomfort,and maintain the temperature of the hot ironing.
