细节化护理应用于眼科急性前葡萄膜炎患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究细节化护理对眼科急性前葡萄膜炎患者护理满意度及生命质量(QOL)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分的影响。方法以2016年2月—2017年2月该院眼科收治的急性前葡萄膜炎患者96例为研究对象,将其以随机数字表法均分成研究组和对照组,每组48例。采用常规护理对对照组进行干预,采用细节化护理对研究组进行干预。分析干预前后两组SAS、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、QOL评分以及满意度情况。结果干预后研究组SAS、SDS评分分别为(22.3±7.4)分、(20.6±5.3)分,明显低于对照组的(30.8±8.1)分、(27.7±6.1)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.368、6.087,P<0.05)。研究组与对照组干预后的QOL评分较之干预前较高,研究组高于对照组,且研究组满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节化护理应用于眼科急性前葡萄膜炎中,有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,同时提高生活质量以及满意度。Objective To study the effect of detailed nursing on the nursing satisfaction,quality of life(QOL)and selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)of patients with acute anterior uveitis in ophthalmology.Methods 96 patients with acute anterior uveitis treated in the hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were taken as the research object,and they were divided into a research group and a control group by random number table method,48 cases in each group.Conventional nursing was used to intervene in the control group,and detailed nursing was used to intervene in the study group.The SAS,Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS),QOL score and satisfaction of the two groups before and after the intervention were analyzed.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were(22.3±7.4)points and(20.6±5.3)points,which were significantly lower than the control group(30.8±8.1)points、(27.7±6.1)points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=5.368,6.087,P<0.05).The QOL score of the study group and the control group after intervention was higher than that before the intervention.The study group was higher than the control group,and the satisfaction of the study group was higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing applied in ophthalmology acute anterior uveitis can effectively relieve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of patients,and at the same time improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
