集束化护理措施在防治重症肠道功能障碍患者肛周皮炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析重症肠道功能障碍患者者肛周皮炎采取集束化干预防治作用。方法选择在该院ICU进行治疗的30例腹泻患者为研究样本,其治疗时间均在2017年1月—2019年12月之间,采取随机排列表法将其分成组均15例的对照组以及观察组,予以对照组患者常规护理措施,予以观察组患者集束化护理干预。比较两组肛周皮炎出现率、愈合时间、严重程度以及护理服务满意率。结果观察组与对照组肛周皮炎出现率以及护理服务满意率分别是6.67%、40.00%;93.33%、66.67%(χ~2=4.658、4.333,P<0.05)。观察组与对照组肛周皮炎愈合时间分别是(1.79±0.51)d、(5.11±0.79)d,差异有统计学意义(t=13.674,P<0.05)。观察组与对照组肛周皮炎严重程度分别是Ⅰ级6.67%、0.00%;Ⅱ级0.00%、26.67%;Ⅲ级0.00%、13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症肠道功能障碍患者使用集束化护理干预防治肛周皮炎效果突出,可明显降低肛周皮炎出现率,改善肛周皮炎严重程度,提高愈合时间以及护理满意度。Objective To analyze the prevention and treatment of perianal dermatitis in patients with severe intestinal dysfunction by cluster intervention.Methods Thirty patients with diarrhea treated in the ICU of our hospital were selected as the research sample,and their treatment time was between January 2017 and December 2019.Only then were they sorted into random groups and divided into two groups with 15 cases each.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing measures for the patients in the control group,and the nursing interventions for the patients in the observation group were clustered.The incidence,healing time,severity and satisfaction rate of nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of perianal dermatitis and satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group and control group were 6.67%and 40.00%;93.33%and 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.658,4.333,P<0.05).The healing time of perianal dermatitis in observation group and control group were(1.79±0.51)d and(5.11±0.79)d respectively,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.674,P<0.05).The severity of perianal dermatitis in the observation group and the control group were grade 6.67%and 0.00%;gradeⅡ0.00%and 26.67%;gradeⅢ0.00%and 13.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cluster nursing intervention in the prevention and treatment of perianal dermatitis in patients with severe intestinal dysfunction has a significant effect,which can significantly reduce the incidence of perianal dermatitis,improve the severity of perianal dermatitis,improve the healing time and nursing satisfaction.
