摘　　要：针对工业现场底层设备监测管理使用的实时数据库系统的统计计算解析问题深入研究,分析普通表达式解析算法,提出通过解决表达式解析过程中操作数识别的方法,进而更好地对表达式进行合法性检验和计算,并通过监控系统案例应用该方法,从而解决实时数据计算关键问题,奠定后续智能制造领域工业智能基础。This paper makes a deep exploration of the statistical calculation process in the real-time database system used for the monitoring and management of the underlying equipment in the industrial field,improves the expression analysis algorithm,solves the problem of identifying the operands in the expression analysis process,so as to better verify the validity of the expression,facilitate the rapid calculation and improve the operation of the data statistics system.The method is applied to a monitoring system to solve the key problems of real-time data calculation and lay the foundation of industrial intelligence in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
