摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定一次性输液器中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)和偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM)3种芳烃类增塑剂在中链和长链脂肪乳注射液(MCT/LCT)中的浸出量。在25℃将MCT/LCT注入输液器中,于不同时间点取样进行测定。采用Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱,以水、乙腈∶甲醇(3∶2)和异丙醇组成的流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm。经分析方法学验证,本法具有较好的专属性及准确度。An HPLC method was established for the determination of leached amounts of three aromatic plasticizers,namely di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP)and trioctyl trimellitate(TOTM),from different materials of disposable infusion sets to medium and long chain fat emulsion injection(MCT/LCT).At 25℃,the MCT/LCT was injected into different infusion sets and sampled at different time points for determination.An Inertsil ODS-3 column was used,with the mobile phase composed of H2O,acetonitrile∶methanol(3∶2)and isopropanol by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 254 nm.The method was verified to have good specificity and accuracy.
