针灸对2型糖尿病患者情绪障碍及糖代谢的影响评估

摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病患者采用针灸治疗的临床价值。方法选择2017年11月—2019年8月该院接收的90例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机化原则分成两组,各45例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,试验组在常规治疗基础上采用针灸疗法。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与血糖指标。结果治疗后,试验组SAS、SDS、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗2型糖尿病能改善患者的情绪障碍和糖代谢,临床推广价值高。Objective To explore the clinical value of acupuncture in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes received by the hospital from November 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups of 45 patients according to the principle of randomization.Compare the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and blood glucose indexes of the two groups.Results After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in SAS,SDS,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of type 2 diabetes can improve patients'mood disorders and glucose metabolism,and has high clinical popularization value.
