早期康复护理改善老年人脑梗死合并糖尿病吞咽功能的效果评价

摘　　要：目的研究老年人脑梗死合并糖尿病使用早期康复护理产生的临床效果。方法在该院筛选出86例脑梗死合并糖尿病患者,时间选为2018年1月—2019年7月。使用抽签法进行分组,每组43例,实施常规护理方式为参照组,在常规护理基础上给予早期康复护理为实验组,对比两组产生的临床效果。结果对比两组护理总有效率,实验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组护理前后血糖控制情况,实验组护理前FBG、PBG、HbA1c指标与参照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,实验组均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分对比,护理前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后实验组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论实施早期康复护理可以显著改善患者吞咽功能,并能有效的控制患者血糖,稳定病情,使治疗进展更加顺利,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effects of early rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes.Methods 86 patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes were screened in the hospital,and the time was selected from January 2018 to July 2019.The lottery method was used for grouping and divided into two groups of 43 cases each.The routine nursing method was used as the reference group,and early rehabilitation nursing was given as the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the total effective rate of nursing care in the two groups,the experimental group was higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the blood glucose control before and after nursing in the two groups,the FBG,PBG,HbA1C indicators of the experimental group before nursing were not different statistically significant from the reference group(P>0.05),after treatment,the experimental group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life score comparison between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),the experimental group was higher than the reference group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the patient's swallowing function,and can effectively control the patient's blood glucose,stabilize the condition,and make the treatment progress more smoothly,which is worth promoting.
