糖尿病患者手术室围手术期护理对降低低血糖发生率及促进术后切口愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的探索糖尿病患者手术室围手术期护理对降低低血糖发生率及促进术后切口愈合的影响。方法于2018年5月—2019年10月选择120例实施手术治疗的糖尿病患者为试验对象,选择抓阄随机化分组,每组60例,分别选择围手术期护理、常规护理,随后对比两组血糖值改善情况以及低血糖、切口延迟愈合率、遵医行为。结果观察组餐后2 h血糖(8.49±1.57)mmol/L、空腹血糖(6.47±1.59)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.55±1.23)%均优于对照组餐后2 h血糖(12.36±2.69)mmol/L、空腹血糖(8.13±1.44)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(7.96±1.57)%(P<0.05);观察组切口延迟愈合(1.67%)、低血糖率(1.67%)、遵医行为(100.00%)均优于对照组切口延迟愈合(25.00%)、低血糖率(20.00%)、遵医行为(78.33%)(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理在实施手术治疗的糖尿病患者中效果显著,可促进切口愈合,降低低血糖发生率。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing in the operating room of diabetic patients on reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia and promoting postoperative incision healing.Methods Select 120 cases of diabetic patients undergoing surgical treatment from May 2018 to October 2019 as the test object,select randomized grouping of 60 patients,choose perioperative nursing and routine nursing respectively,and then compare the improvement of blood glucose value and hypoglycemia and delayed wound healing rate,compliance with medical practices of the two groups.Results The blood glucose(8.49±1.57)mmol/L,fasting blood glucose(6.47±1.59)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin(6.55±1.23)%of the observation group were better than the control group's 2 hour postprandial blood glucose(12.36±2.69)mmol/L,fasting blood glucose(8.13±1.44)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin(7.96±1.57)%(P<0.05);delayed incision healing in the observation group(1.67%),hypoglycemia rate(1.67%),follow the doctor behavior(100.00%)was better than the delayed incision healing in the control group(25.00%),hypoglycemia rate(20.00%),and compliance behavior(78.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing has a significant effect in diabetic patients undergoing surgical treatment,which can promote wound healing and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
