摘  要:目的探究木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对氧化应激的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月该院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者82例,按照入院顺序,随机分为联合组和参照组,分别采用两种治疗方法,观察两组患者氧化应激反应变化情况,评估治疗效果。结果联合组治疗后的hs-CRP水平比参照组更低,其SOD水平比参照组更高(P<0.05),且联合组的双侧胫神经及双侧腓总神经传导速度均比参照组快(P<0.05)。在治疗效果方面,联合组的治疗总有效率比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸可有效提升糖尿病周围神经病变患者的神经传导速度,改善患者的hs-CRP及SOD水平,疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect of Mudan granules combined with methylcobalamin andα-lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its effect on oxidative stress.Methods 82 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a combined group and a reference group according to the order of admission.And use two treatments separately.The changes of oxidative stress response in the two groups were observed to evaluate treatment effect.Results The level of hs-CRP after treatment in the combination group was lower than that of the reference group,and its SOD level was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05),and both the tibial nerve and the bilateral common peroneal nerve conduction velocity in the combination group were faster than the reference group(P<0.05).In terms of treatment effect,the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mudan granules combined with methylcobalamin and alpha-lipoic acid can effectively increase the nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,improve the patients'hs-CRP and SOD levels,and have a definite effect.
