摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎属于难治疾病之一,其病因不明确,发病机制复杂,病程长,病情反复,迁延不愈,经常出现的症状有便血,血色暗红,腹痛,大便次数增多,伴随有黏液便,该病也可导致全身营养状况欠佳,血红蛋白下降,多数病人伴有体重下降,同时,当溃疡性结肠炎处于活动期时,炎症因子大量释放到血液中时,炎性指标如白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、血沉等数值升高,机体会对此改变做出高热的反应。溃疡性结肠炎在中医理论中并没有直接提到,而是根据症状对应相应的病名,如“泄泻”“痢疾”“肠风”“腹痛”“便血”等范畴,该病的病因主要是外感风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火六邪、饮食失于控制、情绪暴躁失常、年老久病等,基本病机为脾虚为本,湿热、血热、瘀毒、气滞为标,本虚标实,该病可关乎肝、心、脾、肺、肾五脏。溃疡性结肠炎的中医治法并非从单一脏腑进行论治,五脏皆可成为病因,在临床诊疗过程中,根据每位患者具体情况,从整体观念出发,结合舌苔脉象,辨证论治。该病并非单一治法、单一方药所能解决,治法、方药复杂,包括行气、化湿、清热解毒、活血、健脾、温肾、疏肝等治法,用药复杂。该文以中医基础理论作为理论研究基础,从心脾出发,探讨治疗溃疡性结肠炎的理论基础,为治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供新的思路与治疗方案。Ulcerative colitis is one of the refractory diseases.Its etiology is unclear,its pathogenesis is complex,its course is long,its condition is repetitive,and its persistence is unhealed.Frequent symptoms include blood in the stool,dark red blood,abdominal pain,increased stool frequency,and mucus.However,this disease can also cause poor systemic nutritional status and decreased hemoglobin.Most patients are accompanied by weight loss.At the same time,when ulcerative colitis is active and a large number of inflammatory factors are released into the blood,inflammatory indicators such as white blood cell counts,C reflect protein,erythrocyte sedimentation and other values increase,the body will react to this change with high fever.Ulcerative colitis is not directly mentioned in the theory of Chinese medicine,but corresponds to the corresponding disease name according to the symptoms,such as“diarrhea”,“dysentery”,“intestinal wind”,“abdominal pain”,“blood in the stool”and other categories.This disease The main causes are exogenous wind,cold,heat,dampness,dryness,fire six evils,uncontrolled diet,irritable mood,old age,etc.The basic pathogenesis is based on spleen deficiency,damp heat,blood heat,stasis,Qi stagnation is the standard,and the deficiency is true.The disease can be related to the liver,heart,spleen,lung,and kidney.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis is not based on a single internal organ.The five internal organs can be the cause.During the clinical diagnosis and treatment,according to the specific situation of each patient,based on the overall concept,combined with the tongue fur pulse,dialectical treatment.This disease can not be solved by a single treatment method and a single prescription.The treatment methods and prescriptions are complicated,including the treatment of Qi,dampening,clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation,strengthening the spleen,warming the kidney,and relieving liver.This article takes the basic theory of traditional Chinese
