刘文娥活用完带汤治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染经验总结

摘　　要：人乳头瘤病毒感染(HPV)属中医“带下病”范畴。导师刘文娥认为该病的根本病机是脾虚肝郁,湿毒侵袭。脾虚则健运失司,湿浊停聚,肝郁则气逆,克脾,更生湿邪,加之毒邪侵袭,终成带下。刘师在临床上活用完带汤,补脾疏肝,化湿止带与清热解毒并重,兼顾补肾固本,收效甚佳,值得临床借鉴。Human Papillomavirus Infection(HPV)belongs to the category of“lower diseases”in Chinese medicine.LIU Wen’e believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of this disease is spleen deficiency liver depression,wet poison invasion.Spleen deficiency is the loss of health movement department,wet turbid stop to gather,liver depression is Qiadverse,spleen,rehabilitation of damp evil,and poison evil invasion,eventually into the next.LIU in clinical practice after the active use of Wandai decoction,spleen and liver,wet stop zone and detoxification and both pay attention to tonifying kidney solid,the effect is very good,worthy of clinical reference.
