臭氧注射联合易筋经练功治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨臭氧注射联合易筋经练功治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:90例KOA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。其中对照组采用2次臭氧关节腔内注射,治疗组采用2次臭氧关节腔内注射联合易筋经练功。两组均在治疗前后进行VAS、WOMAC评定,末次随访时评定临床疗效及复发率。结果:两组VAS评分均显著下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组WOMAC评分均显著下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床疗效及复发率治疗组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧注射联合易筋经练功不仅能有效治疗KOA,还能进一步巩固疗效、减少复发率。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of ozone injection combined with Yijinjing exercises in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Ninety patients with KOA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received 2 intra-articular ozone injections,and the treatment group received 2 ozone intra-articular injections combined with Yijinjing exercises.Both groups were assessed by VAS and WOMAC before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were assessed at the last follow-up.Results:The VAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the WOM-AC scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozone injection combined with Yijinjing exercises can not only effectively treat KOA,but also further consolidate the curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
