藤黄健骨片治疗肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察藤黄健骨片对肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对符合入组条件的200例肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者进行单臂、多中心、自身前后对照研究,予以藤黄健骨片4片/次,3次/d口服治疗,疗程4周,分别记录治疗前、治疗中(用药2周后)、治疗后(用药4周后)中医证候评分、腰椎JOA评分。结果:治疗中及治疗后与治疗前各项评分相比均有显著差异(P<0.01),综合疗效评定总有效率为72.87%。结论:藤黄健骨片对肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者具有良好的疗效,且研究期间未出现不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tenghuang Jiangu tablet for lumbar disc herniation caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:200 patients from multi-center were included.Every patient takes Tenghuang Jiangu tablet three times a day,four tablets each time,four weeks for a course of treatment.Record TCM syndrome score,lumbar JOA score before treatment,after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks.Results:Each score had significant difference when after 2 weeks score and after 4 weeks score compare to the before treatment score(P<0.01).The comprehensive curative effect evaluation of the total effective rate was 72.87%.Conclusion:Tenghuang Jiangu tablet has a good effect on lumbar disc herniation of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and no adverse reactions occurred during the study period.
