八珍汤加减改善Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔出血伴贫血作用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医联合治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔出血伴贫血的临床疗效。方法:将安徽省中医院肛肠科门诊符合诊断标准的60例患者随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各30例。对照组予以肛泰栓纳肛、多糖铁复合物口服治疗;观察组在此基础上,加用中药汤剂八珍汤加减方内服。治疗14天后,通过对两组的临床疗效,治疗前后的血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)进行观察及评价。结果:治疗后,对照组的有效率为80%,观察组的有效率为96.7%,经比较,观察组优于治疗组(P<0.05);Hb、MCV、和MCHC经治疗后均呈现上升趋势,经比较,观察组优于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:采用肛泰栓、多糖铁复合物联合八珍汤加减的中西医联合治疗对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔出血伴贫血有良好的临床疗效,值得借鉴。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of stage ⅠandⅡ hemorrhoids with anemia.Methods:60 outpatients of anorectal department in Anhui Province were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anotai suppository and polysaccharide iron complex orally,while the observation group was treated with Bazhen decoction in addition to the control group.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups,hemoglobin(HB),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)before and after treatment were observed and evaluated.Results:after treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%.By comparison,the observation group was superior to the treatment group(P<0.05);HB,MCV,and MCHC showed an upward trend after treatment,and by comparison,the observation group was superior to the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,which is combined with Yantai suppository,polysaccharide iron complex and Bazhen decoction,has a good clinical effect on stage ⅠandⅡ hemorrhoids bleeding with anemia,which is worth learning.
