摘 要:本文以14个不同种质皱皮木瓜为材料,测定其药用成分及微量元素含量,并分析了他们之间的相关性。结果表明,不同种质间药用成分含量差异明显,齐墩果酸差异最为显著,变异系数为44.30%,不同种质间药用成分的显著差异揭示了皱皮木瓜种质内选择的可行性;齐墩果酸与Fe元素,Ca元素含量呈显著或极显著负相关,与Zn、Mn、Cu、Mg元素含量呈负相关。熊果酸的含量与Zn、Fe、Cu元素呈负相关,而其含量与Mn、Ca、Mg元素成正相关。主成分分析结果显示,第1、第2主成分和第3主成分主要是Fe元素、Ca元素和熊果酸因子。研究结果对于皱皮木瓜药用种质资源的评价及筛选具有一定理论指导意义和实践参考价值。Taking 14 different Chaenomeles speciosa germplasms as test material were conducted to study their difference of the medicinal ingredients,contents of trace elements and character variation.The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of medicinal components among different germplasms,with the most significant difference in oleanolic acid,with a variation coefficient of 44.30%.The significant differences in medicinal components between different germplasms revealed the necessity of selection within the germplasm of Chaenomeles speciosa.There was a highly negative correlation between content of oleanolic acid and Fe,Ca.The content of oleanolic acid was negatively associated with Zn,Mn,Cu and Mg.The content of ursolic acid was negative correlated with Zn,Fe and Cu elements,however,it was a simple positive correlation with Mn,Ca,and Mg elements.The results of the composition analysis showed that the important factors of the first,second,and third principal components were Feelement,Caelement and ursolic acid.The research results have certain theoretical significance and practical reference value for the evaluation and screening of medicinal resources of C.speciosa.
