摘  要:为了解设施黄瓜根结线虫病与土壤酶活性等指标变化情况,试验通过测定设施黄瓜不同时期下土壤蔗糖酶、土壤脲酶、土壤多酚氧化酶、土壤酸性蛋白酶、土壤纤维素与土壤有机质等6个指标,研究根结线虫发生危害与土壤酶活性和有机质变化各指标的相关性。试验结果发现,在整个生育期,线虫发生危害(黄瓜病情指数)与土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶呈正相关,相关系数为0.661、0.503;与土壤酸性蛋白酶、土壤纤维素酶相关性不大,为负相关,相关系数为-0.343、-0.130。土壤多酚氧化酶与线虫发生数量显著负相关,为-0.829;与线虫危害程度(黄瓜病情指数)相关系数为-0.807。研究表明,土壤多酚氧化酶、土壤蔗糖酶与线虫发生危害相关性大,这2种酶为预测线虫发生危害和在线虫综合防控中作为土壤酶活监测的主要指标提供参考依据。In order to understand the changes of cucumber root knot nematode disease and soil enzyme activity,the experiment was carried out to determine the indicators of soil invertase,soil urease,soil polyphenol oxidase,soil acid protease,soil cellulose and soil organic matter in different periods of facility cucumber.To study the correlation between the occurrence of root-knot nematode and various indicators of soil enzyme activity and organic matter change.The results showed that during the whole growth period,the nematode damage(cucumber disease index)was positively correlated with soil invertase and urease,and the correlation coefficient was 0.661 and 0.503.It had little correlation with soil acid protease and cellulase,and has a negative correlation.The correlation coefficient is-0.343 and-0.130.Soil polyphenol oxidase was significantly negatively correlated with the number of nematodes,which was-0.829;the correlation coefficient with the degree of nematode damage(cucumber disease index)was-0.807;The study had shown that soil polyphenol oxidase and soil invertase were highly correlated with nematode damage.Soil polyphenol oxidase and soil invertase will provided a reference for predicting nematode damage and controlling the activity of soil enzymes in nematode comprehensive prevention and control.
