摘　　要：本文以墙承重的传统民居为例,分析了这类民居在结构安全、消防安全存在的隐患及保温隔热性能差的问题,提出了墙体、门窗、屋顶三部分的结构安全改造、消防安全改造、节能改造的适宜技术。Taking the traditional residential houses with load-bearing walls as an example,this paper analyzes the hidden dangers in structural safety,fire safety and poor thermal insulation performance of such dwellings,and puts forward the appropriate technologies for structural safety renovation,fire safety renovation and energy conservation renovation of walls,doors,Windows and roofs.
