摘　　要：随着"一带一路"倡议的实施以及江苏企业海外市场的开拓,知识产权保护在江苏企业进行海外投资时至关重要。在"走出去"的过程中,由于知识产权保护意识欠佳以及知识产权保护能力不足,江苏企业面临着许多知识产权风险。因此,建立知识产权风险防范与服务平台能够为企业提供知识产权保护综合性服务,加强风险预警,减少侵权及情况发生,降低企业责任,化解危机,更好地开展海外业务。文章对知识产权风险防范与服务平台进行了探讨,旨在提高知识产权保护的能力,为其他地区知识产权海外保护提供参考及借鉴。With the implementation of "the Belt and Road" initiative and Jiangsu enterprises expanding overseas markets,intellectual property protection has been of vital importance for Jiangsu enterprises’ overseas investment.When "going out",Jiangsu enterprises are faced with many intellectual property risks due to poor awareness and insufficient capability of intellectual property protection.Therefore,the establishment of an intellectual property risk prevention and service platform can provide enterprises with comprehensive intellectual property protection services,strengthen risk warning,reduce infringements,decrease corporate responsibilities,resolve crises,and better conduct overseas business.This article discusses the intellectual property risk prevention and service platform,aiming to improve the ability of intellectual property protection and provide reference for overseas intellectual property protection in other regions.
