摘　　要：研究了信息资源生命周期及元数据定义内涵,以及综合电子信息系统中各类数据标准间的关系,从元数据角度提出了元数据标准制订原则和综合电子信息系统元数据标准框架。综合电子信息系统元数据标准框架分为元数据描述规范框架、领域元数据标准框架和元数据应用标准框架,其中的领域元数据分为概念、资源和对象3级。The life cycle of information resources,the definition connotation of metadata,and the relationships among the data standards of the integrated electronic information system are studied.The principle of metadata standard setting and the architecture model for the metadata standards of the integrated electronic information system are put forward from the viewpoints of metadata.The architecture includes the metadata describe standard architecture,the domain metadata standard architecture,and the metadata application standard architecture,among which the domain metadata is divided into three classes,namely,the object metadata,the resource metadata and the concept metadata.
