摘　　要：分析了联合作战方案的特点,以及联合作战方案的推演评估工作的重点和难点。针对联合作战方案的特点和推演评估需求,提出了一种基于蒙特卡洛方法的联合作战方案推演评估技术框架。该框架包含基于计算机兵棋技术的联合作战方案推演方法,以及基于兵棋推演数据的联合作战方案作战效能分析评估方法。案例分析表明,该框架可用于联合作战方案推演评估。The characteristics of the joint operation scheme,and the key points and difficulties of the joint operation scheme deduction and evaluation are analyzed.According to the characteristics of joint operation scheme and the requirement of the deduction and evaluation,a Monte Carlo method based technical framework for the deduction and evaluation of joint operation scheme is proposed.The framework includes the method for joint operation scheme deduction based on the computer wargame technology and the method for operational effectiveness analysis and evaluation based on the wargame deduction data.The case study shows that the framework is an effective solution for joint operation scheme deduction and evaluation.
